Morningtide is a music group comprised of a vocal quartet featuring Gary Sims, Heidi Rice, Rosie Klein and Jerry Klein; and keyboardist Rick Dellefield. Gary and Jerry also add guitars to the group’s contemporary sound. This combo has been making music together at St. Edward Parish for over a decade and some or all of its members team up with other parish musicians at the 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. masses every Sunday providing music for liturgy and worship. Each individual in Morningtide brings an impressive background of education and musical experience to the group. Their combined talent, musical sensitivity and years of working together make for a sonorous and rich sound that helps to enhance the experience of worship through music in our parish liturgies. Morningtide’s Christmas CD collection is filled with fresh, imaginative treatments of new and traditional Christmas songs, featuring harmony-rich vocals and contemporary arrangements that will brighten and enrich the holiday season. purchase cd
