shutterstock_166227566Prayer is a “cry of the heart.” It erupts naturally from the depths of our souls at times of joy, crisis, need, gratitude, and adoration. However, many people say that sticking to intentional, daily practice is one of the hardest things undertaken in life. The good news is that prayer is a learned behavior and gets better and easier as growth in the spiritual life happens. We learn to pray by praying. Each week, we will be teaching you new ways to pray–individually, with family, and with the parish community.
